Our Operating Partners are all successful entrepreneurs and senior management executives.

Their experience ranges from serving as chief executives of  FTSE 250 companies to green-field start-ups. Their role in KCP is to give the management teams of investee companies the benefit of their experience by providing them with advice and guidance on growing their businesses.

As they have all worked for companies which had private equity shareholders they can provide valuable insight into the private equity process.
