We aim to make equity investments of between £2 million and £10 million in profitable growing businesses.

We regularly provide financial backing for the following types of transactions:

  • Management buy-outs and buy-ins (MBOs and MBIs)
  • Development capital deals
  • Acquisition finance
  • Shareholder restructuring
  • Refinancing

We invest in all sectors and throughout the UK from offices in Cambridge, Birmingham and Leeds.
