We are aiming to make equity investments of between £1 million and  £10 million in profitable growing businesses across all sectors. The range of transactions we expect to get involved in includes:

• Management buy-outs and buy-ins
• Development capital deals
• Acquisition finance
• Shareholder restructuring
• Re-financing

We invest throughout the U.K. from offices in Leeds, Cambridge and Birmingham.
