Structuring

Our investment structures reflect the fact that we want investee companies to grow. As a result we are focused upon striking an appropriate balance between debt and equity financing that will not constrict the businesses' development. We are comfortable taking minority, or majority, positions.

The guiding principal in our structuring is to align the interests of management and investors as closely as possible, with a fair allocation of the rewards of success.
