Career questions…

If you weren't working in PE what would you be doing instead? I love food and cooking so something involving that would be fun

What made you want to pursue a career in private equity? ? I wanted to really get under the skin of a business as well as support entrepreneurs / SMEs to grow and maximise their potential

What do you enjoy most about your role at KCP? The variety and the opportunity to meet lots of different people and businesses

Do you have any advice for people wanting to pursue a similar career path? Join a professional services firm that will support you with your ACA and throw yourself at every opportunity whilst you’re there (as well as the good social life). Also don’t be afraid to show your personality and be yourself

How has the industry changed since you began your career? My career so far is relatively short but the shift towards flexible working has been a big change

Is there anything that you would change about the industry? It would be great to see more diversity in senior positions, but we’ll get there
