Total Integrated Solutions appoint CFO
Specialist provider of best in class integrated fire, safety and security solutions, Total Integrated Solutions (TIS), have appointed a CFO.
In the latest key appointment for the company, Claire White joins the business following a 25-year career working across a wide variety of technology and service businesses.
Prior to joining TIS, Claire held senior roles at a number of private equity backed businesses, including as CFO of Wellbeing Software Group Holdings Ltd through to the successful exit from Elysian Capital to The Citadel Group Limited, a leading software and technology company based in Australia.
CEO at Total Integrated Solutions, James Twigg, commented: “Claire joins us at a very exciting time and brings with her a wealth of experience and expertise that will both strengthen the team and enable sustainable growth. Key Capital Partners invested in TIS in April 2021. Mansfield-based TIS is a design led fire, security and communications integrator which installs, maintains and services systems, with leading credentials across a broad range of sectors including retirement villages, open space CCTV and Smart City installations, the Ministry of Defence and further education.
James Hall, Managing Partner at KCP who joined the board at Total Integrated Solutions following the private equity firm’s investment, adds: “Claire joins a strong executive team at TIS at a very exciting phase in the company’s development.
