Key successfully realise investment in EarthStream Global Limited
Technology talent solution businesses Xcede, TechStream and Etonwood have merged to form £100m revenue global business, TechStream Group.

The recent transaction has enabled Key to realise its investment in EarthStream Global Limited and provide a return to Key’s Fund VII. EarthStream, which was acquired by Key in 2013, was merged into TechStream four years later following Key’s original investment of £2m for a minority stake.
The newly formed group, which will be headquartered in London, will combine over 650 technology, engineering & digital consultants on client sites and 220 internal employees across nine global offices.
Funded by private equity firm Universal Partners and Investec Bank, TechStream Group will be led by TechStream founder Paul Beeke and Xcede CEO, William Jacques, as chief operating officer.
