Commhoist

Commhoist recently partnered with Wigan Athletic Community Trust, to work with local primary schools to promote environmental awareness. The project will involve pupils at 10 primary schools working with the Community Trust on proposals for social action projects to make their own schools more environmentally sustainable.

TIS

A key focus for TIS is staff satisfaction and retention and the team have put a raft of benefits in place including culture awards, mental health champions, additional days off for birthdays and weddings, pension and life cover schemes, employee assistance programmes and employee referral bonuses to name a few. As a result, TIS regularly attain a NPS (Net Promoter Score) rating in excess of 95% when assessing employee satisfaction. TIS is also an active participant in the Woodland Carbon project (certified by the Woodland Carbon Code) offsetting its entire annual CO2 consumption through the planting of new trees.

Sparta Global

Sparta Global just get it right when it comes to diversity and inclusion. Purnima Sen, Head of People & Operations was shortlisted for Director of the Year – Equality, Diversity and Inclusion at the 2020 IOD Director of the Year Awards. The award celebrates enterprising and responsible leadership in the pursuit of equality across a number of key industries. Shortly after our exit, David Rai, CEO of Sparta, collected two commendations from the Princess Royal Training Awards for commitment to training and development as well as receiving a special commendation for demonstrating a significant commitment to inclusion and diversity, and developing and delivering best practice in training.
