Commhoist Logistics appoint James Browning as Chairman
Key are pleased to announce that James Browning has recently been appointed as Chairman for Commhoist Logistics.
Key invested in the specialist mobile telecoms logistics provider in February 2020. Commhoist focus on the new build, upgrade, decommissioning and maintenance of mobile telecommunications infrastructure, ranging from large scale mobile masts to smaller city centre base stations.
James has had a 20-year career working in Plc, Private and PE owned businesses and has previous experience in Chief Executive and Managing Director roles, within a variety of industries, centering on distribution, technology and manufacturing in the B2B space.
His experience whilst running 2020 Mobile in the UK and the exposure to all levels within the telecoms sector will be of particular value for Commhoist. In his NED career, James has overseen several successful PE exits and is currently Chairman of ZyroFisher Ltd, which is the UK’s largest distributor of cycling accessories and Metamark UK Ltd which manufactures specialist films for a variety of end uses.
