Key Capital Partners Wins Small Deal of the Year at the Yorkshire Rainmakers Awards

Key Capital Partners is delighted to announce that the acquisition of CellTech Communications has been recognised with the Small Deal of the Year (up to £10m) award at the Yorkshire Rainmakers Awards.
The award celebrates outstanding transactions across the Yorkshire corporate finance market and recognises the quality, complexity and successful execution of deals completed during the year.
The CellTech Communications transaction brought together a highly experienced advisory team, including Addleshaw Goddard, BDO, Cavu Corporate Finance, Cortus Advisory, Gallagher and RPL, whose collective expertise helped deliver a successful outcome for all parties involved.
Special congratulations go to Matt Tice and David Cameron of the Key Capital team, whose hard work, commitment and dedication were instrumental in bringing the transaction to a successful completion.
