Key nominated for ‘Equity Funder of the Year’
We’re delighted to be shortlisted for ‘Equity Funder of the Year’ at this year’s Insider Media’s Yorkshire Dealmakers Awards following a busy year to date.
Insider Media host the Yorkshire Dealmakers Awards annually which celebrates the top deals, the firms which made those deals happen and the individuals who worked to complete them. This year the awards will return to New Dock Hall, Leeds, on Thursday 24 November.
'Despite the inflationary and geopolitical headwinds, Yorkshire has continued to see strong deal activity since last summer, with values outperforming pre-Covid levels.'
In the past seven months alone, we have welcomed animation and VFX services business Jellyfish Pictures to the portfolio, exited home health testing business YorkTest Laboratories and have also exited and reinvested in educational VR company Avantis Systems! Alongside the deal activity, the team has also gone from strength to strength with numerous promotions, new hires and James Hall being made sole Managing Partner as well.
We’ve had an amazing year and the future looks great too with a few more exciting things to come…so watch this space!
