Founded in 2020 by co-founders Jack Gadsdon, Jamie Green and Ryan Betambeau, CellTech is a leading telecommunications infrastructure service provider based in Leeds and Lutterworth.
CellTech delivers specialist rigging, electrical, logistics and surveying services for the installation, upgrade, decommissioning and maintenance of mobile telecoms towers.

Investment process
We invested in CellTech to fund a partial equity release to the co-founders alongside an investment into the business to support future growth through expanding current service offering and scaling operational capability. CellTech has grown rapidly since its inception, reflecting the high‑quality service delivered by its co‑founders, and is now well positioned to capitalise on the demand created by the UK’s 5G rollout.
