SJA Group
SJA Group provides a vertically integrated property management service to commercial property landlords. Through Regency Real Estate the Group provides managing agent services to landlords, whilst the SJA and Enecto brands enable the Group to deliver both soft and hard facilities management services in-house. Facilities management services comprises cleaning (internal and external), front-of-house concierge and both pre-planned and reactive maintenance services.

Key invested £9.1m in December 2023. Our investment enabled the management team to sell a minority stake in the Group, whilst also providing funding to support the Group’s ambitious growth plan.
